This process will not only give me valuable insight into your experiences and goals but, more importantly, it will allow you to reconnect with what you truly deserve and are capable of achieving. I’m a IT solution architect working from home most of the time. I came to see Antonio and Live Loud for a pretty severe L4/L5 disc herniation with intense sciatica pain in my leg. I have dealt with severe sciatica and back pain from a couple of herniated discs regularly over the last ten years. This year when I injured myself, I was introduced to Dr Antonio and was able to avoid the typical route of MRI, cortisone injection and months of physical therapy. He has an approach atypical of any other therapist/doctor I’ve seen, but it has worked fantastically for me – providing me enough tools to help heal myself and get back to exercising. I am hopeful that with these tools, I will be able to protect myself and avoid further injuries, or at the very least, know ways to heal myself quickly before things worsen.

I started working with Dr Antonio after I hurt my back last winter. I had an MRI and was told it was my sciatica. My lower back hurt and I had pain down my leg and my right foot was numb.

Working with Dr. Antonio he would provide me exercises and stretches to do on a daily basis.
