➣This means we don’t bill your insurance directly but will provide a superbill (upon request). What’s a superbill, you ask? A superbill is an itemized receipt including all necessary information and codes that you can submit to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement.

LIVE LOUD operates on a flat rate service model where there are no upcharges for additional services or treatments. 

➣If you come in for back pain, you’re not charged for assessment, adjustment, cupping, dry needling, and a treatment plan separately. It’s all included in your session fee.

➣You often receive more information, training, and therapeutic treatment in one session than you get in three or four sessions at other clinics.

➣Our patient-partners quickly realize the results of our next-level care far outweigh the investment and choose us time and again over in-network providers.

LIVE LOUD accepts cash, check, or credit card, as well as Flex Spending (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) insurance options.

Your appointment is held with a deposit and full payment is expected at the time of service.
